We were thrilled to announce that 2023 14th International Conference on Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering (ICMAE) was held in Polytechnic University of Porto, Porto, Portugal from July 18-21, 2023. This conference was co-sponsored by IEEE, Science and Engineering Institute, Tongji University, and technically sponsored by Technical University of Kosice, hosted by University of Porto, patrons with Orleans University, Washington University in St. Louis, Capitol Technology University, University of Huddersfield, Istanbul Technical University, among others.

	The conference chair Prof. Pasquale Daponte from University of Sannio, Italy gave us opening and local chair Prof. Custódio Dias from Polytechnic University of Porto, Portugal gave us welcome address, Prof. Katarina Monkova from Technical University of Kosice, Slovakia hosted the opening ceremony.

	Invite Speech: Steady Vibration Problems in the Theory of Elastic Nanoporous Materials Merab Svanadze Ilia State University, Georgia

The conference consisted of 14 oral sessions and 1 poster session, with nearly 120 authors presenting brilliant and diverse reports and engaging in discussions on topics such as spatial dynamics and propulsion, mechanical design and power equipment control, new engine design and manufacturing technology, aircraft design and aerodynamic analysis of wings, materials engineering and mechanical design, among others. Ultimately, 16 best oral presenters and 1 best poster presenter were selected. Congratulations to the following winners!
